Message	since heat is coming out too. Would guess the flap motor for the vents also went bad - therefore not the right mix at your feet. Have you tried running in the Recirculate mode -- that is, with the outside air inlet closed? It should may but will also increase moister/frosting issues on the glass inside the car...
